Our Services
How do I get started?
All you need to do is register with us either online,
by calling 1.877.TUTOR18 (1.877.888.6718),
or by emailing us at info@tutorNEXT.com.
Once registered, we will provide you with your unique
userid as well as set up a discussion
with your educational director to get started.
Can I select another teacher
if I am not satisfied?
If you have any concerns, please let us know and we
will promptly assign a new teacher.
Do you tutor on weekends?
Yes, we do tutor on the weekends. Our services are
offered 7 days a week from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am Eastern
Time.
How many hours of tutoring
are recommended per month?
For most students, 2-3 hours per week is sufficient.
Some students, however, do require additional help
or the discipline of a more frequent schedule to stay
focused or get ahead. In such circumstances, we suggest
taking a session for up to one hour every day.
Can I reschedule classes?
We recommend that you pick the hours based on your
schedule and adhere to that schedule to maintain a
routine as well as to get access to the same teacher
every session. However, if your circumstances compel
you to reschedule temporarily or pick a different
schedule, we will do so based on your convenience.
How many hours do I get?
Is there a limit?
There is no limit to the number of hours of tutoring
you can get from us. We do recommend a minimum of
2 to a maximum of 7 classes per week to ensure that
you have time to absorb the material as well as practice
on your own.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with tutorNEXT, you can cancel
service at any time. We will refund you for any unused
tutoring sessions based on the rate applicable for
the number of sessions used.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept all forms of payment. You may pay online
using PayPal or any major credit card. You can also
call us at 1.877.TUTOR18 (1-877-888-6718) to pay by phone.

Technology
Do students require any
special equipment?
All students need is an Internet connection, a computer
and a headset with microphone!
How do students and teachers
interact?
During the session, students can communicate through
the online classroom created for the session (using
voice, chat or whiteboard). Before or after the session,
students can email specific questions or requests
to the teacher, who will reply by email or provide
answers in the upcoming session.

from reputed universities. Every tutor receives extensive
training in online teaching methodologies, and is
certified by us prior to taking classes.

Our teachers are selected after a very thorough and
rigorous hiring process. All tutors receive comprehensive
training in teaching methodologies, online tools,
and lesson management. Finally, our tutors are certified
prior to their commencing teaching.

How important is it to continue
classes over the summer months?
Scientific research has shown that over their summer
break children can forget up to 40% of what they’ve
learned if they don’t study at all. We therefore
recommend taking at least 2 classes per week during
the summer months. Continued systematic learning helps
students prepare for the next grade, as well as reinforces
the material covered in the previous grade.
